why people say that Audi is better than Volkswagen, what makes the Audi better since they have the same engine and transmission.

i just want to know what is better to get a German car or Japanese car?

Audi gives you class and more comfort, and you have the quattro which is four wheel drive when you need it. works great, VW aren't as smooth. German over Japanese every time. Quality doesn',t match but smoothness and long lasting but higher maintenance cost. From personal experience Japanese cars and german cars both have long life but the Japanese start hearing strange noises more and small fixes here and there, not a smooth ride lots less sophisticated which on occasion you want the extras. And audi',s base line has lots of extras

That could have been akin to saying a Pontiac great Am is better than a Chevy Malibu.



If I were you, I',d make use of a google search and hit up some VW forums and see how easy these cars are to empty an owner',s pockets.

Audis and Volkswagen are the same. The dependability is the same, and the quality is just the same. The Audi just has more bells and whistles hence the higher price.
