I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra check engine light came on and it started missing diagnosis cyl four firing prob
At autozone the test told me #4 misfired and I put a new plug in no help

Is it a v6 or v8. V6's could either be a plug wire or coil pack.

probably the spark plug wire, if not aht, then the coil. I had to replace all that on my pontiac once, when it had a misfire, its just a procedure of elimination.
