I have a 2007 jeep wrangler two door rubicon what could be the best sounding aftermarket exaust for it?
also want to put on intake could that void engine warranty? and if so could water get in the engine through the intake because the stock one is covered

I like Flowmaster, but with your six cylinder I'd definitley go Borla.
An aftermarket intake manifold, could influence your drivetrain warranty.

an air intake won't void the warranty, if it's a cold air intake and seems its not covered, there's moer of a chance you'll get water in it, but only if you plan on wheeling it with water up to the bumpers, if you're talking about splash from puddles you will be good, and the warranty is only voided if the aftermarket parts influence the system that broke
and flowmaster 40 series is what is best on the 97 06 6cyl so I assume the same for the 07, if you want REALLY load go with cherry bomb, but they'll give you a headache if you are in the car or more than an hour
