you may be able to go to most stereo shops or Wal mart and get a plug adapter that you'll have to connect behind your aftermarket receiver that will just plug right into your Mazda wiring harness. it'll let you to be plug and play instead of cutting the present Mazda harness and wiring and crimping.

If you bought an OEM substitute, just plug it in. If you bought an aftermarket radio, you must purchase a plug to change over the radio wiring to your plug and a wiring chart will come with it.

Most car audio stores have harnesses intended to plug right in to your original harness.
