check your fuse panel. if you don't know where that's check the holders manual or go to auto zone.

Did you change a light in the dash? If, so you most likely messed up a wire. If not, I do not know.

Did you "try" to change the light or did you? If you effectively changed the light, check your fuses. The fuse box is either under the hood, or under the driver's side kickspace. The cap for the fusebox will give you a map. Look for "radio", and pull that fuse. If it's a "blade type" fuse which it should be, check to see if it's intact. Intact means that there's no break in the Plastic, colored, part of the fuse it seems like an inverted "U" . If there's a break, replace the fuse. The fuse will tell you its amperage e.g. 15a, 25a, 30a, etc . Replace the fuse with the same amperage,and enjoy your tunes.

If, but, there's no break in the fuse, have your car identified by a qualified vehicle electrical technician

you had to have blowen a fuse. I think they're on the same circuit....
