I have a CHARGER 06 and the brakes alway make sound. HOW DO I STOP IT?
When I press lightly on the brakes they make a thumping sound. When I press hard they stop.

You may probably warped rotors. If you have been doing lots of fast stops and heating up the brakes then the rotors are warped and have to be turned. this is the only thing I can think of that could because what you're discribing. Other wise take it back to the dealer and use that warranty that they offered with it.

These new cars are constructed cheaply your rotors can not be turned one time at all, you have thin rotors and that will be your substitute as well, thin crap.

Thats your problem, Got a Hemi????

rotors are warped have them resurfaced and put on new break liners. after new break job take it simple on those breaks, stop slower and down press so hard on them when you're stopped.
