I have a Honda Prelude 99 with 130000 miles what kind of Oil am I supposed to Use?

Use synthetic blend oil or high mileage oil. five 20 or five 30 or ten 30 are okay.

10W 30

5W 30 if you go North into the colder weather.

Check air filter
tire pressure
plug wires
spark plugs
distributor cap rotor button
shocks for leaks
check tires for uneven wear cracks bulges
Grease all the greasable fittings well

use 10w 30 and if you have any smoke then you may want to use some ounces of engine honey. its a thick oil that assists seal small leaks or scratches. change your oil and filter. check your air filter and tires. also check your coolant levels and top up with pure coolant.
