Yes a "Silver" Audi was shown in Dubai
The car in question is an Audi A8 D3 Polished changed by a German company called MTM Motoren Technik Mayer mtm online.de/en/mtm online.de/en/">mtm online.de/en/
Audi A8s are made nearly completely out of aluminium, what they did was polish the aluminium then apply a clear varnish on top. The plastic parts like the side mirrors and the bumpers were then painted with a special paint to get the "Silver effect"
Silver can not be used to make body panels because it's too soft.

yeh
actually dere are three silver cars here, an Audi, a BMW and a Range rover
i have seen them once on road all three together near the Burj al Arab
man they're awesome. wish had the BMW for maself
