Hello I will buy a second-hand car soon but some question me préocupe!

First of all is my choice made on a audi A3 and thus apré to have heard all the version possible I would like to know if maintenance of a audi coute much more chèrre that another car? because certain people say to me that not has by if one made it maintain at audi but how in one normal garage the price is quasi the same one! Thus if somebody could light me!
Second question still I understood much version but certain people says to me that when one buys a second-hand car a private individual in the event of mechanical problem before certain times the salesman has is responsible and must pay part of repair is quite true?

Thank you has all for your answer which me seraont of a very great help!
thank you in advance

Why maintenance or Audi repairs would be they more expensive than the other manufacturers?
Still a legend because the costs are identical about everywhere, the tariffs are règlementés with regard to the labour, only the price of the parts little sometimes to be higher.

If you go in an independent mechanic it will go (if it is serious obviously) charcher the parts in the dealer of the mark and the cost will be equal to the invoice of a dealer.

Concerning the recourse towards a private individual in the event of litigation, all depends on the nature of the problem.
If it is about vice hidden then you will be able to initially obtain the assumption of responsibility of repair by bringing friendly proceedings then with the court if the salesman refuses any discussion.

If you buy occasion, thus subscribe a mechanical guarantee as that which the Power station proposes, you will be thus reassured.

I have maintained at Audi A3. The tariffs are higher than the tariff of my mechanic but it is a highly reliable car and I never broke down requiring of repairs, simply drainings.
I currently sell my A3 I think that the guarantees which the salesman can provide are before related to the maintenance of the car. The notebook of maintenance is made for that.

Thus I have Audi A3 1.9 tdi 130 CH I have just changed the belt that couté me, with draining, 690 euro in a mechanic with pump water and belt accessories included + kit of distribution. Frankly, at audi, it is expensive but if you know a good garage that goes bus to 115 euro including all taxes the hour at Audi it does not break the head against my small mechanic 46 euro the hour! And in more it connait Audi very well. I am very satisfied with my same A3 if I sells it to have larger, A4 kind!

hello;

I do not agree at all on the fact that a private individual has assumed the “defects hidden” of a vehicle.

A friend sold his car and 15 days later the new owner broke down (severe breakdown of 1500 euros).

After many threats and of the recourse my friend forever have does not have to pay.

The vehicle inspection is the only obligation for a private individual… and heuresement!!

The dealers and Audi agents are very expensive.

Passed the guarantee it is preferable to make maintain at an independent garage. It will be provided in parts to the concession Audi (which will make him a handing-over!).

The hour of MO will be quite lower and time invoiced too.

I made revised my audi A3 TDI 110 expensive, for the 90.000 km, that costs me 904 € belt of distibution included, it is true that it is not given, but is this more expensive or not that the French marks I dont not know anything about it.
