If my toyota tacoma already has a small lift I think an one or two and I order a separate lift..?
will it be added or will the old lift be taken away?

It depends. There are body lifts and suspension lifts. you may be able to have, as an example, a three inch body lift and a three inch suspension lift simultaneously for a total of 6. but, you can not have two 3inch body lifts on simultaneously. if the new lift is the same type as the one you already have, then the old one will have to go. If its the other type, then you may be able to have both.

either way, but removing old lift is better.
a lift kit is lots of trouble and it decreases the value of the car. I would not do it. leave it as it's.
to add, you must reduce the radiator, extend the fuel tank neck, lift and block up under the cab, and lots of other troublesome things. if auto trans, and you don't move the shifter position display forward, it'll not go into park properly.
