So, I have done a lot off offroading recently at some of my freinds farms and at some trails in western maryland where I live . And I am planning on starting off with a three 3.5 suspension lift kit, and 31 inch mudtires and I wondered if some one could give me a good estimate on strong three 3.5 inch lift kit and 31 inch mudtires. Oh and I was wondering, can you run 33 inch mudtires with a 3.5 inch lift?

I just lifted my Cherokee about a month ago. After some shopping and reseach about a years worth while waiting for the money I decided that the 3.5 inch Rubicon Express Super Ride was the best deal. Bought if thru Off Road Toy Store because it came with shocks. I propose to get the full leafs in back. I have never heard anything but bad about add a leafs. The lift is pretty much a set of one ton springs and leafs.

Every Cherokee reacts different when adding a lift. You may need a slip yoke eliminator, or in my case, a move case lowing kit, which was easy to install. I'm running 31 BFG AT's on stock rims but am thinking of trimming my fenders and going with 32's next tire change. If you're going to run mudders get a set of rims with a 3.25 3.5 inch offshoot so you are not rubbing the side tread off.

If I could do it again I could have gotten the RE Super Flex only because it come with the sway bar disconnects, but you may be able to find cheeper ones on eBay. I just saved $20 but produced another annoyance.

Whatever lift you purchase, look into what you aren't to get also as what you're to get. Shocks and brakelines are biggies. RE comes with rear brakeline. be sure you have a breaker bar, some floor jacks and jackstands, and help. Its not really a two man job but its easier and two heads are better than one.
