I do not think there's a way to deactivate the torque management system without a ECU reprogram.
You can deactivate the TSC/DSC but the torque management system is generally running.
The power is restricted in 1st gear and possibly second by cutting increase to prevent wheel turn when launching. The power may also be cut based on steering angle and grip availability while turning to prevent torque steer.
The DSC applies different levels of braking to individual wheels and torque limiting to control the car from spinning or loosing control. Cutting the DSC could most likely activate this feature more rather than defeating it completely.
Check some of the Mazda three forums for more information.

NO.
It controls the Dynamic Stability Control on the Bosch eight for turning provided your car comes with Bosch 8. Many of the 1st ones weren't.
You could want to turn it off when Drifting. it's generally turned on by Default when the key is turned on. there's a part in the holders manual to turn it off.
I could propose you did not mess with it unless you like to pay a WICKED fix bill.
If the technician suspects you drift or race the car he has to tell Mazda and they now VOID your Warranty.
