Looks like Morse Code to me. I think the 1st set is: 4178s. I am working on the second set, and so far, I believe it is 9969. I am stuck here, too. let me know if you get it. Thanks.

There are four sets of codes. you must find all four then deduct them. do not worry, you have three days to figure it out.

It is morse code. you may be able to look up morse code on the internet and deciper the clue if you like to do things yourself.

Count the long and short, the short ones are dots . the long ones are dashes _ figure it out from there. The following should help
Morse Code are dashes and dots
