I had a friend who had two twelve inch Memphis subs and they sounded great before they blew. He had to take them back a couple times to get them replaced. My advice could be to use an amp that is not too close to the max they can handle.

Must be pretty good, you may be able to only get them from an authorized dealer. if from ebay, be care full about stating warranty. read the good print
