My 1991 Honda Accord LX has trouble starting in the hottest twelve four pm part of the day. What is going on?.?.?.?
It will start in the morning and evenings. It just turns over but won't start. I have used starter liquid spray in the intake that kinda works and so does opening the gas cap. New distributer, new plugs, new wires. I'm really lost with this one.

do not give up on your Accord.
a GREAT source for your car which most probably will have the answers you are looking for is cb7tuner.com . Its a site for nothing but 90 93 agreements CB7s and is a great resource.
I've found all I need and more for my 93 Accord tenth Anniversary Edition there.

its your starter relay. if it's hot in the car it'll not start or stall out. it's a cheap fix and it should be under the steering column by your feet held on by a bracket with one screw. 12mm socket, eight inch extension. remove the screws from the panel covering it all and it should be brown or black and box like with a rectangular plug and metal bracket. change it out and it should start right up.

If not the starter relay, it may be the ignitor indise the distributer cap, they're recognized to go bad over time.
