It was not your brake pads. Them being worn don't because a trouble light. it's most probably the electronic ABS system that's failing. Better get it checked before winter or you may not have ABS.

Something easy to check. the brake liquid level. Not sure on your car but many will show the light if the liquid is low.

those lights don't neccesarily mean that its your brake pads.usualy it never does.is there a light for that I don't think so but I may be wrong..check your brake liquid or what it most likely is with all those lights is something else is wrong..certain light mixes are code for somethign else being wrong

Its most likely just the wire that the sensor is hooked to.. when it comes disconected the light comes on.

Was it on now after changing the pads? If check to see if the sensors were reconnected. If the lights came on afterward they may have forgotten to secure them, again check the physical honesty. If all looks good, do a controller reset which they're supposed to do and the problem can be gone.

Probably the Computer box must be reset. I'm guessing that it was not the broker that fitted the new pads. that's why the resale on those is so poor. Nobody wants to be held to ransom by the Mercedes Overpriced service. Good luck

bas/esp light has nothing to do with your brake pads. the only easy fix to those lights is if you just have disconnected the battery and reconnected it then you may be able to turn the steering wheel all the way left and right some times. also if you just replaced the pads then you must replace the brake pad thickness sensors and if you don't then your low brake pad light will come on. if none of this fixes it then you'll have to take it in to a shop, preferrably a dealership since they know these vehicles the best.

If all those lights are on check to be sure all the wheel speed sensors are connected. Those lights have nothing to do with the brake pad warning lights and sensors. Can you shift the car out of park? In the only other car I have seen the BAS light come on the car could not come out of park and that's something you have to have a dealer look at.

it is a malfunction with the electrical just ignore it if it really bothers you take it to a shop I have had this problem so take it to a shop and I think they can get it to shut off or diagnose a problem yah right they'll most likely shut it off for little or NO charge. most likely no charge

Have it "flat bed towed" to the dealer. Like the other respondant said you may have an electronics problem which in some cases can because complete loss of brakes.
There were some years of of MB's in which the electronics weren't the best and many were recalled. MB spent millions either purchasing back the cars or fixing them. You have to ask the dealer for a maintenance activity report from their car maintenance tracking system.
DO NOT TAKE IT TO AN INDEPENDANT fix building. THEY don't HAVE THE COMPUTER INTERFACE EQUIPMENT TO learn WHAT THE CAR IS DOING.
Best wishes.

This is a simple fix, there's a sensor out of balance in your master cylinder softly loosen the brake line while some one depresses the brake pedal do not remove just loosen when it resets the light will go off and tighten the lines again.
