My hyundai matrix atlantic has a flawed dvd has any one else

My hyundai matrix atlantic has a flawed dvd has any one else had this problem?
I bought the car last Thursday and it was in at the garage that I bought it from three times so far because I can not get any sound from the headphones that come with the dvd player. I can switch the dvd player and the stereo on with the key being in the ignition.

Sorry should have said with the key not in the ignition.

I was a correct Hyundai garage I bought it from and it's booked in for Tuesday for them to investigate. What they have told me is that althought they're selling it as a special Hyundai restricted edition Hyundai in Korea do not put the DVD's in it is a company over here in Britain that fit it and my local garage have just admitted that they have not got a clue what they're doing or how to fix it and I can not take the car anywhere else as that will make the warrenty invalid. it is not me that need the good luck it them if they do not get it sorted.
