MY MERCEDES BENZ CD CHANGER IS STUCK...?

I own a e320 2004 mercedes and am having problems with my CD changer. It opened when I pressed the open button under the hazard button but won',t react or go back to the way it was. it looks to be stuck. how can I fix this? HELP.

Hold the button down for a minute and it should reset then pop open.

The CD changer frequently goes bad on those cars. Road vibration from normal driving causes the moving parts to fall separately. You need a new CD changer.
