Hi, I do own a '05 Pathfinder. I love it. it is powerful and spacious. Last month I did a road trip with five adults and two kids and was great.
Well as far as the MPG is worried I'm not truely happy. It hasn't given me more than 17.5 M/G on highway. I typically drive fast on the HW Ave. 70 75mph, and I noticed if you drive around 55/60mph it does about 18mpg. City running it is around 13mpg.
Other than the MPG issue I love that truck.
Hope this helped.

Type S? I thought only Acura had those.
$20K for a used Pathfinder looks kinda high.
If it were me, I'd rather purchase a new Toyota four Runner for around $22K.

It is a decent car. The fuel mileage will differ from 18 mpg to 28 mpg. Driving behavior, terrain, quality of gas, city and highway, lift/oversized tires, wind, etc. will all play a role in fuel economy.

They are tough trucks, but the gas milage sucks. My boyfriend has a 99 and it runs great with over 170,000 km on it, but he burns gas like crazy.

price is OK,but isn't economic on gasoline and 3.00 dollars a gallon, think twice.

Don't purchase it. At least do not purchase a Nissan.. Their resale value sucks big time.. I have a 2004 Pathfinder, the gas milage sucks, thier service sucks, and I can not wait for my loan to go down so I can trade it in for eithr a Toyo or a Honda. I am flip flopped on my loan because the resale value sucks so bad.
