Panasonic CQ-C1333U Receiver Review |
|
Panasonic CQ-C1333U MOS-FET MP3/WMA/CD Receiver with Front Aux-in
The cq-c1333u receiver not only plays cds, but also cd r/rw discs, as well as mp3 formats. If you have got mp3 music files recorded on the same cd r/rw disc, no problem our cd receiver can handle it. For your listening pleasure, the highly praised alphatuner v fm/am tuner circuitry is built into this unit also, and there are 18 fm and six am presets.
Definitely great product for the money. What sold me on it was the aux in. I have not had any skipping problems or overheating with my unit but you do get what you pay for. It comes with not many customizing features (treble, bass, fader, balance) and some preset equalizer settings (vocal, flat, pop, bass), but you can not fine tune/equalize the bands individually. Bummer. i am an audiophile so this is generally xtremely vital to me. But it works well with my mp3 player, xcept i have to turn the volume to maximum on my creative zen microphoto and this receiver. certainly a perfect upgrade from a standard tape deck ; )
warning! if you're planning to have the installed by circuit city or bestbuy, i greatly recommend you purchase this model over there. They charge at least 70 dollars for an install so may also save yourself the money and annoyance and purchase this model over there for 100 dollars. They typically offer free install when you purchase a stereo system from them. But if you are audio technical savvy, good deal for the price!
