Where can I find the timing info for a 1988 Dodge Dakota 2.2?
The label with the info for timing isn't on the truck. So where else can I find the timing info so we can time are 1988 dodge dakota 2.2 truck. So far manuals I have look into does not have any info.

Call any vehicle shop.They will know all of the answers there.Maybe find someone who has the same kind of vehical and look at theres.Maybe they may help out also.

i think that moter calls for eight twelve degrees before top dead center you have to disconect the plug in on the coolant temp sensor near the thermostat to override computer control of timing whilesetting the timing then clear codes when your done

call your local advance, autozone, pepboys, autoparts store they can tell you. You may also call the dealership but they don't like to give that info out.

Look for another truck like yours and look at their sticker.
