Cut the rubber gasket to take off the glass. To install the new gasket and glass, all you need is some soapy water and twine. Once the gasket is installed around the glass, wrap some twine around the inside groove in the gasket all the way around. have a friend hold pressure on the glass on the outside while you pull the twine gradually from the inside of the car. The rubber should be pulled into and around the window opening. use the soapy water as a lube.
