2006 AUDI A4 Does anybody know of some good accessories? Resources?

do not get sat nav my friend's satna vin his 2006 A4 sent him in weird places...get the sunroof with the solar panels that were used to constantly send cold air into the car whilst its parked, that is if its a hot day...
