I could propose a toy store. typically they have some good small houses. The best thing about those is that the morgage is cheap just about every time. As with everything, place is everything. Some stores are much costly than others. I'd check around and see.

Hi Screwdriva.
Now that the housing market is looking up, it is the perfect time to look for out a new place to live. This summer you have to shake off that "lucky I have my people to live with" mentality, polish up your shoes, and explore your living quarters alternatives. There are fun, adaptable, great places out there just waiting for someone like you.
Now, get out there and pound the pavement. Beat on some doors till you latch onto that unbelievable tree house or fort you generally wanted.
I heard the the neighborhood you are in now area is a great place to find a cardboard box near a dumpster behind the pizza joint?
