With a 1000w RMS ranking on that amp, you will void the warranty of the 10W7 due to power. The 13W7 is much better suited to manage that kind of wattage so it'll give you a cleaner sound at the high output levels.
No have to run 1000 watts if the subs can not keep up, so I say go with the 13W7
EDIT
You should really do your homework KID before you go around calling people stupid. The total output of the amplifier isn't only determined by the amp's ranking but the speaker's blockage is a big factor. The 10w7's each have a three ohm voice coil which wired in series produces a six ohm load. The amp in use produces 1000w rms at 1.5 to four ohms. The higher resistance of the two 10" subs means the amp won't push a full 1000w. Now if you are still with me, running the two 10's in parallel could because the amp to see a .75 ohm load. With that, the amp may produce more than 1000 watts of power but is SERIOUSLY in danger of serious damage.
In layman's terms, be cautious how you wire many subs to a mono block amp. Because either one you may under power the subs and not get the wanted sound or two blow the amp.
Putting together a good sound system is about more than just looking at the marketing numbers. Learn something about electricity and Ohm's law before you go calling someone stupid.
