What is the normal amp for a fuse on a 1998 Mazda for the radio?

Look in the owner's manuel under the heading, fuse, or fuse block.It is all there for that specific model.If you do not have the manuel, lood at the fuse block on the car, it's usually labeled which fuse goes to what. The amperage is stamped on the fuse.

it is 15 amps,if it isn't connected to manyother componets
