it represents the Leiades Star Cluster which represents the merger of six different businesses in this case. Cheers =

The star symbols are the star cluster.

Each star represents one company in Fuji Heavy Industries' portfolio I think. This was when all these businesses were incorporated into FHI after the war.

The symbols are on every Subaru it is the company badge. The explanation was given already.
