if you bought a 2500hd you shouldnt care about mileage. you bought the truck to pull and haul all the time right?? no miracle product for ya just common sense things change filters, liquid, correct psi in tires . the 2500hd has a 4.10 rear end gearing that's made for pulling noy good mileage

THE BEST WAY TO SAME A TON OF MONEY ON GAS AND to enhance GAS MILEAGE ON THIS TRUCK REQUIRES SOME PRETTY DRASTIC CHANGES. #1 REMOVE FOOT FROM GAS PEDAL. #2 SEE #1. ETC. ETC.

Well your truck really may have 3.73 gears. But you may be able to get a chip or tuner that will give you more power and improve your mpg. Also attempt to keep your RPMs under 2,500 or if you may be able to stand it under 2,000 RPMs
