well before you just slap on a turbo you are definetely gonna wanna build it up 1st with some new rods and pistons optauto.com .you also may wanna think about to get the block resleeved to manage whatever PSI your gonna throw at it. resleeved meaning to get the cylinder walls strengthened goldeneaglemfg.com . Also you most likely wanna go ahead and think about to get the b18b head on there with new headers and exaust system so the engine can breathe easier. as for a turbo although id go with Rev Hard RHSTGII turbo kit revhard.com . But you know you can generally go Procharger man. From what I have read the install on the procharger is a lot easier and centrifugal superchargers usually require less maintenance. procharger.com

If you're new to the game of turbos I could propose a greddy turbo kit. it's basic and may be used on stock engines. No need for rebuild unless your engine is already weak and rundown.

Run it at 6psi and it'll last a long time and add 50 hp easy.

Either way run a small turbo for your stock motor. Small turbos spool up faster and will not peak out become inefficient at high RPMs caused by lack of CFM on a low revving LS.

I included a couple of links., do not get overwhelmed it's just some hypothesis. that's why I propose the Greddy. it takes the speculation out of your setup.
The small turbo you may want to be looking for could reach full increase @ around 3500rpm

forget spending the three five great on a turbo so you may be able to show off and blow your engine and your money. purchase NOS instead, and blow your engine showing off for about 500 bucks.

Quick spool /low increase combinations
1800 2200cc T3,60 62 trim T25,79 turbine T25:0.86 Exxhoust housing A/R Strong increase start rpm 2000 3000 Approx. Power Potenttial 100 200 for this set up. this will work for your stock set up just like any other. Note: any turbo set up will harm your block weeks or years. Note on top six eight PSI nothing more for the set up you have now. this turbo is nearly like the ones you get on E BAY but the trim is a lill diffrnt. hope this helps ya

id start off with sumthing small... maybe a t3/t4 hybrid..

as for building the bottom end.. you don't have too.
there have been ppl who run 19 psi on stock honda bottom ends.. its all about the tunning ..

i propose turbo cams and a new oil pump with the turbo.
