Do I have to regulate the pressure or anything to a blow off

think about this, an engine needs 14:1 to 16:1 air fuel percentage to be economical, on race engines you get most power at 12:1 percentage. By rising the increase level of your turbo you're decreasing the fuel mixture percentage. you may be able to easily get into a 20:1 or higher percentage before you realize that you have burned a piston so with rising the increase you have to increase you fuel to preserve a 12:1 up to a 16:1 percentage. As far as the blow off valve goes you may be able to buy one from JEGS or SUMMIT RACING online.Your waste gate should regulate the amount of increase that the engine builds and the factory injectors are typically enough for a factory waste gate.some waste gates operate from increase and some from vacuum but in either case they're alike as they integrate a spring ed loaded diaphragm and the increase or vacuum work against this spring to control motion of the waste gate.they should have a set screw by loosening the screw you decrease the start point of the turbo and by tightening the screw you increase the start point of the turbo by RPM And of course this do not take inconsideration if it's a vacuum or increase waste gate.
