Yes. Honda may launch its diesel range in India the new Civic. but I think that Honda Diesels are under development. Nissan has plans to open up a new production plant in India soon. If they're to market their top models, they will surely be the favourites among the rich part. Toyota may launch their domestic only cars in India with diesel alternatives.. as indicated by grapevine from the auto business . do not know if Mazda, Subaru have plans to lauch their new cars in India..Old Mitsubishis are already made in India under permit but they may also launch new cars to the Indian market to keep up with the competition. They have lots of diesel alternatives. Europian and American cars of course, may find it a bit hard to play in the Indian market.
