i want serious history, preferably sports cars

The best place is the library where you'll find old megazines and books. I have found that over the 15 years the history of cars changed drasticaly due to internet and you don't get the real facst as many people who are fanatics of a particular kind of car, post stuff that isn't true and unless you search your self or are an old timer you wont know.
