What kind of engine do you have?
Most V eight and V6 it's approx. the center of the top under the air cleaner.
It kinda seems a carburetor . the air filter generally goes to the carb. or throttle body, unless it's a diesel engine then the air cleaner goes to the air manifold. no throttle body or carb.

your throttle body is where your throttle valve is placed on. it's typically in the center toward the firewall under your hood. which is behind your engine. or beside it.

the same place a carburetor could be over the engine
in the center. If your still having problems locating it, look for
the air filter system at the top of the engine.

the throttle body is what the black hose connects to.by your last questions im presuming you still mean the hyundai if you remove that side of the hose you'll see the throttle body so one side should have the cable on it the other side a black plastic with wires that is where your throttle position sensor is.

Throttle body is a modern day changed carburetor. it is located on the intake manifold.
