What is wrong with my 95 buick LeSabre, it bucks somewhat while going up hill at 55 60 mph?
I had the mechanic change the "coil wire and now the car won't start, no electical current to the ignition at all still the battery is completely charged.

1st off check you are ign fuse probly blowen should be a five amp fuse

probly the fuel filter or the fuel pump or both. on occasion if the filter gets plugged the pump will go out.this is a common problem with gm cars. remove the fuel filter and see if you may be able to blow through it should be pretty easy with an ok filter.

hmmm, that car do not have a coil wire. do you mean plug wire?

The original problem sounded like your fuel filter. The problem will continue to get worse if you let it go. Do you notice if you give it more gas the problem goes away? That could be because your forcing more fuel through a constrained filter.

you need someone with electrical experience to diagnois this.

I worked on one of these before as I remember it had a coil pack and when the car did not start it was a fuse beside the computer on the passenger side under the dash. As for the bucking going up hill it may be a motor mount or trans mount. does the car have a tach if it does look and see if it fluctuates when the car bucks.
