Can I add something or is it starting with a whole diagnostic with the garage?

there is a lot you may be able to check for.First get out your holders manuel and look up what fuse's may control your air conditioner.There can also be a relay based on the make. Either one may be blown.Disconnect the battery and pull them if there blown replace them. you may be able to get a recharge kit at the parts store and attempt recharging the system.Just follow the information provided.They have leak finder that you may put in the system.You can fix hose leaks with a special high pressure tape.

take it to the shop, the AC most likely needs to be serviced, freon may have leaked out.

Call an A/C expert. it'll take more time since it's summer. If you may be able to hold out till fall, the prices to get it replaced will go down and the labor for the expert will be much cheaper, particularly if they do heating too since it's the off season for both.

Have it fixed. You have a leak in the system. usually it's a seal. Once the seal is replaced the system will must be evacuated, then refilled with freon. Then you should not have to worry about it for a good while.
