Do you like it when people drive slow talking on their cell phone?

In New York State as it's in some number of states now it's AGAINST THE LAW to be talking on a hand held cell phone while driving.. it isn't, Unfortunately, and ENFORCED law and I really wish it were. I have seen some number of accidents that were caused by idiots not paying attention while sticking a cellphone in one ear and TRYING to drive..I don't own nor WILL I own a cell phone. I think they're very dangerous to use in a car AND, very easy to rack up a pretty phone bill by using them.. no thanks Oh and pitty the 1st person who runs into MY car while talking on a cell phone. they will not like what they'll be hearing from ME.

No, I just pull beside them and lay on the horn just to irritate them. This goes particularly double for people who drift out of their lane and go extra slow while on the phone.
