Audi 2007 A4 Cab. Clock Issue?

My 07 A4 Cabriolet convertible is suppose to be able to move the clock from the dash onto the radio display. but, I can not learn how to do this. The user guide does not say how.

What kind of radio do you have? RNS E Navigation Plus or Symphony II?
