There are some things that will most likely have to be replaced by 150K miles. they're the:
1. Shocks
2. Clutch
3. Suspension components
These are nice cars and will last a long time if you take good care of them. but, as you get closer to 200K miles, some things will break. I owned some and they're really great cars.

As long as its been on a regular basis serviced through the years and usually looked after by the last owner then it should alright. These days a lot of cars before they come until the end of their life have done over 200,000 miles. Cars are constructed to last now, particularly german makes.
