Buying a BMW 325i with 120K miles?

If the car has been maintaned is there anything I should worry about with this high mileage, its five speed manual 2001 325i

There are some things that will most likely have to be replaced by 150K miles. they're the:

1. Shocks

2. Clutch

3. Suspension components

These are nice cars and will last a long time if you take good care of them. but, as you get closer to 200K miles, some things will break. I owned some and they're really great cars.

As long as its been on a regular basis serviced through the years and usually looked after by the last owner then it should alright. These days a lot of cars before they come until the end of their life have done over 200,000 miles. Cars are constructed to last now, particularly german makes.
