Lately i experiencing hard starting on my sentra 97. But som

There were sound of loose fan belt, one to two seconds when it start. I',ve replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs. But still feeling the same. It all started when I replaced the axle velocity and change gear oil.

13 years old it may probably need another starter motor.

Not a gear head, but alternator?
