Yes there were the NAPZ four CLY motor has eight spark plugs throttle fuel injection and emission controls that rust out on the left fender right where the coils screw on. Good Luck 1980',s truck is probably well worn by now.

All Z20, Z22 and Z24 engines were called NAPSZ NAPZ or NAPEZ engines. NAPS for Nissan AntiPollution System. All NAPZ motors had dual sparkplugs per cylinder except the pre82 variants. but all NAPZ engines sold in California apparently had dual plug heads despite of the year.

both mine, and my brothers late 80',s nissans had eight plugs/ two per cylinder. z24i engines.

Yes Sorry I can't answer any other question other than to verify that when they were still called Datsun the b210 had this set up a friend in high school had a truck like this I remember how strange I thought it was.

I can',t think of any nissan trucks with eight spark plugs. I know some Ford four cylinder trucks and maybe some dodge trucks have eight spark plugs..
