What kind of oil for 2000 Acura Integra GSR?

I live in Hawaii where the tempurature is about 8090 degrees. Its a rebuilt motor with 110,000 miles. My friend say 5W30 but I think it',s 10W30. Any suggestions for the brand of oil?

yup I say 10W30 but you should check under your hood their is a sticker there and it says what kind of oil is obliged, and for the brand I could recommend syntech from castrol or mobile one they're both really good
