How do I change my front turn signal and headlights on a 89 Cherokee?

you'll find frames around the headlights and three Phillips screws. DON"T DROP THEM.. Unscrew it and softly pull it off. The headlight and turn signal are below and evident from there.

Also the side marker light has two screws in it that must be removed, and that light must come totally off for the frame to come off
