problem of limps automatic

good evening
I am on the way to buy a lebaron of 92 V6 with a small problem of limps with automatic speed.
This is the problem :
speeds pass all and at the end of 2 minutes, remainder blocked on the second limps it.
is a this electronic problem or a problem of limps?
are electronics on these models they reliable?

You can put limps yourself automatically in limp mode

in Belgium you need 1250 € for the repair if you pleasi. Guarantee is 1 year
