I drive a BMW and I hate the car note but love the car. It drives so smooth. but the maintenence is very costly, the insurane is ridiculous I'm 26, all in all I wish I had bought something a little less flashy. It depends on what you want to do, I could purchase a house 1st, fix it up, then purchase another car.

this is totally your choice my aunt drives a benz and she just loves it but it's high maintenance. I guess it really depends on what kind of job you have and if you may be able to pay for it.
i could go by that and whatever choice you make could be right by you.

It sounds like you have your mind made up already. Personally the US Auto makers improved ten fold with interior business practices. Quality improved at Ford Motor Company since the introduction of the QOSCs and Six Sigma. The old gap that once has been led by some of the foreign auto makers tightened. Karmax still leads the business. Good Luck.

I think it is a rotten idea. MB and BMW build great cars to drive in, but the maintenance and fix costs are astronomical. If you intend to get your credit ranking up so that you may get a mortgage for a house, and you intend to be purchasing furniture, having that kind of extra expense just to keep an costly car running is a dumb idea.
Keep you eye on the really important stuff, and do not get distracted by all the neat toys.
