Should I Keep My Mercedes? |
|
My Mercedes G 500 is wearing out, there is a big dent in the door, the navigation system has a stain in it from when I eated Oreos on the road and did not clean my hands with a moist towelette before touching the navigation system, the Mercedes symbol fell off in an automated car wash, and I can not find it. A bird met it is untimely demise on my moonroof, so there is a big crack in it, I noticed a mouse climb into it when I left the door open, and it burrowed through my carpet, and I lost a hubcap and windsheild wiper. am I supposed to purchase a new one, or keep what I call "Rusty But Trusty"?

Sounds like you do not treat your vehicles also as you may want to do not feel bad, I do not either . If you get a new one, you are just going to end up feeling bad every time you scratch or ding that one. At least your current ride is guilt free.

Like I tell all you briainless Yanks, if you had not made/bought those super big engined cars in the 50's you would not have the oil problem you have now. I have never driven a car with an engine capacity more than 1600cc in my lfe 55 years, and I can go at 100mph+ with todays 1000cc cars. Why do you need such big engines? Most USA driving is in cities or towns where the linit is 30mph, I can do that with a car of 500cc capacity.
Urge you car manufacturers to make cars with MUCH smaller engines. Then you could get out of Irak, Saudi etc and save the lives of many US youngsters. shortly Big cars=more petrol=more oil=involvement in the center East=US soldiers to ensure oil supplies=deaths of US soldiers. Simple is not it.

it is up to you, if the car is kind of old attempt to fix it, if it's too old look for a new one, if you do not want to fix it and if you may be able to pay for one look for a 2007 brand new. and whatever you do take care of it.

Nice attempt, bozo.
The G500 does not have hubcaps. Nor does it have a hood ornament that could fall off in a car wash. The MB emblem on a G Class is integrated into the front grill.
Just crawl back under your bed till you create another stoopid question.

Is this a new Mercedes Benz G class, like 2002 or 2000?You do not really treat your Geladenwagen well.I believe you may want to revamp your g class back to mint condition and sell it.G classes are rare and are really costly to purchase, hell they stopped making G classes is 2005 so hold on to it and sell it, someone could pay a lot for an old styled G class.
The emblem fell off?Crazy. Why did you eat in it, its a Mercedes Benz,if I had a G class I could never eat inside of it.

a mercede's is, and generally be a mercedes, doesnt matter if you have a 1985 mercedes, or if you have a 2007 mercedes, its still a mercedes, sure, purchase a new one, but if the one you have isn't really worth anything, then don't sell it, one day at some point there are going to be auctioneers and people wanting to but that mercedes from you. just like the ford t, remeber the ford t?, I know its a part of crap, but people r going crazy These days for it.
