Should I purchase a 1998 GS300 with 174k miles for 8k? |

Looks in excellent condition inside and out, no liquid leaks anywhere. Carfax indicates no accidents.

Personally, I think that I could. Lexus was in the top five most dependable vehicles in America for at least the last ten years. Not to talk about, 174k miles on a Lexus is comparable to 85k miles on a Chevy. I have seen Lexus' that have gone to 500k miles. I could get it because I think that it still has possible, but it is really your call.

NO WAY. way too many miles and that is too much money for a 98 the car is nearly ten years old. it is not worth 8k.

No 174k miles means something costly is going to need fixing soon.

I'd say that is a pretty great deal.
