The Type S have V Tech already and chance are that if you do this yourself, or someone inexperienced that works at a shop, it will mess up the compression percentage and mess up your car and it'll run like crap..plus I dont like Turbos.as they say TURBOs lag..you have to wait for them to spool up.if you want to have more power and dont know to much about cars just get many screw on parts...intake, exhaust, headers, better spark plugs and spark plug wires, with better oil and you get many fast power.

First off, Dont listen to Joe. He doesnt know what "VTEC" is. Second, set a goal for hp. How much u wanna spend? Theres all types of kits. U just gotta research for yourself. Thats how u learn. Im runnin a GSR 60trim turbo with DTEC fuel/boost management. JE pistons. 310hp low increase.

Yea, dont listen to Joe. its not v tech, its VTEC. God damn v tech makes PHONES not engines. nevertheless it depedns on how much you want to use up. But i could reccomend a Jackson Racing turbo kit, or an HKS. But i believe these turbo kits intefere with your A/C, so they remove the A/C. I belive if you want to keep the A/C you keep it non turbo or get the Injen kit.
PS. Im not so sure about the Injen keeping your A/C and all that..but i remember i saw it someplace on an Import Mag.

To part a GOOD turbo, I could say $2500, get low comp. pistons, rods, upgrade internals, you may be able to have a/c and a turbo, get a turbo manifold that will give you enough clearance.
