96' SVX 63k miles, 2001 Legacy GT restricted 156k miles, 2006 Legacy GT specification B #238 0f 500, gave the turbo a little kick in that one, you may want to see the looks on the WRX STi kids as I pull away from them, of course that is nothing in comparison to their looks when I totally blow 'em off the road in the SVX 387 H.P. I toyed with it a little Remember that silly commercial for the Mitsubishi Eclipse AWD where the car smokes all four tires and the road breaks underneath as the car takes off? Yeah, that is my SVX, 12.6 1/4 mile. Mustang? GTO? Charger? what is that?
And to "curiousperson" above. In support of "American" made vehicles means in support of American mechanics right? Oh, and the Legacy is made in America and GM owns 20% of Fuji Heavy Industries who owns...you guessed it SUBARU...
Oh, but wait, that is right. GM is selling the stock to Toyota because GM's broke and the FHI stock is the only thing they have of value.
HAHAHA, you use up 100 years rippin' people off and sooner or later it is gonna bite ya in the heiny. Same goes for the other 2, bring back AMC, I will go back to American made. Phew, think I broke a sweat. GOOOOOOO Subaru.

I apologize but your tries at conversion failed. I'm and forever will be in support of American made vehicles.

I have generally been sold on Subaru, particularly when I pulled the state police officer's blazer out of the snow bank in the mountains throughout a bad snow storm. I never got stuck, but everyone else did.

Never owned a Jap car till about three years ago. Saw an 84 Brat sitting along the road with a For Sale Sign. My son was about too learn to drive so I bought it.

What fun little rigs. go getters. I now have a wagon for me 88 and two others in back, one for parts and another to be my future runner 82 wagon with zero rust and primo form.just no motor.

I hang out at, Ultimatesubarusitethe, this is the best place for Subee adicts.

I've got a 95 with 205. I had to replace the wheel bearings and I did not use molly grease and had to replace them again. Other than that, I am in love with it. I am shooting for the 300K mark. Just replaced the timing belt and cleaned the plugs 100k on the plugs . it is a 2.2..probably the same as yours. I am trying to find a way to reset the computer or read the codes. Oh, my speed sensor ring shattered. Not strange for having that many miles. I just ignore the ABS light. haha Oh yeah.and the lifetime rust free ensure. that is the best.

Absolutely love my Subaru. Had a 1999 Legacy Wagon. Traded it for a 2002 Legacy Wagon. And just traded it for a 2006 Tribeca. it's awesome. I LOVE IT.

I have a 94 legacy wagon. I have had it for five years, 163000 miles, runs great. Great car, will for sure purchase another one when this one dies, but that may be 15 years from now.

We've had three Subaru's now. An 99 Legacy Wagon, another wagon in 02, and recently a Subaru TriB. The Tribeca is a nice crossover car, but I miss the firmer handling on the wagon with the stick shift. We needed the extra space for the our 3rd child and a golden retriever. Most certainly, we are a Subaru family for life.
