i cheked all the fuses, they all tested good. blinkers and headlights work good also and the brakes lights are good. dash, front side amber lights and rear lights don't work. could it be the turn signal switch or some other switch.. possibly a relay? help with a in depth answer.. thanks.

There may be a short in the stick that you use to turn all of that on..
