Throwout bearing 94 eagle talon?

Throwout bearing 94 eagle talon?

why could a throwout bearing be bad, just by itself, nothing else is wrong, or is there a secondary problem? what all is needed to change out that bearing?

Bearings do go bad. If it were me I',d change the pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing, rear major seal, front trans seal, pilot bearing and get flywheel turned.
